1. What is a virtual run?
A virtual run is a flexible running challenge that you can complete at your own pace, anytime and anywhere during the event period. You may run outdoors, walk, hike, train indoors or use a treadmill.

2. When is the World Run 2026 challenge period?
The World Run 2026 challenge period runs from 1 October 2026 to 1 December 2026.

3. What distances are available?
You can choose from 5KM, 10KM, 21KM or 42KM based on your preferred challenge and fitness goal.

4. Where do I submit my result?
You can submit your result through our official World Run website. Please make sure your submission clearly shows your completed distance and activity details.

5. What is my registration number?
Your order number is also your registration number. You can find it in your order confirmation after completing your registration.

6. Do I need to complete my distance in one activity?
No. You may split your challenge across multiple activities during the event period.

7. Can I accumulate my running distance?
Yes. You may combine multiple activities until you reach your registered 5KM, 10KM, 21KM or 42KM distance.

8. Can I use a treadmill?
Yes. Treadmill activities are accepted as long as the completed distance can be clearly verified.

9. What apps or devices can I use to track my activity?
You may use Strava, Garmin Connect, Apple Fitness, Samsung Health, Nike Run Club, Adidas Running, Fitbit, GPS watches, or other similar fitness tracking platforms.

10. Do I need to use a specific fitness app?
No. Any reliable fitness app, GPS watch or treadmill record is accepted as long as your completed distance and activity details can be clearly verified.

11. Can I register for more than one distance?
Yes. You may register for multiple challenge distances. Each distance requires a separate registration.

12. When will I receive my finisher entitlements?
Finisher entitlements will be processed and prepared for delivery after the event ends and your submitted result has been successfully verified.

13. What do I receive after completing the challenge?
Depending on your registration, finishers will receive the official World Run finisher medal, finisher tee, digital certificate and result verification.

14. What is the result submission deadline?
All activities and result submissions should be completed by 11:59 PM (GMT+8) on 1 December 2026.
